Just another little something that makes me wonder what sort of a world I live in. You know, I did once live in various ghettos, and I did not see this stuff. Must be different sorts of ghettos and barrios out there, and apparently I’ve missed the worst ones, featuring urban decay such as this. I’m trying to be amused.
