Dude. I’m all for making sure farmers get their fair shake, and for seeing that people eat well.
But expecting people to always put organic and otherwise expensive food at the top of the priority list? No. I mean please. We can’t all be Alice Waters. Budgets and time just don’t allow for us all to achieve that sort of lofty goal.
